DMCA Takedown Process at HotwifeNation
HotwifeNation (hotwifenation.com) follows the DMCA rules under 17 U.S.C. § 512 for handling copyright takedown requests.
- What we do: We list and embed videos hosted by other sites. If you ask us to remove a video listing, we will take it down from HotwifeNation, but the actual video stays on its original host, which has its own process for removing content.
- Where to send notices: Please send your takedown requests to our Copyright Agent using the contact form at contact page.
- What your notice must include:
- The URL(s) of the listing(s) you want removed
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- Your contact information
- A statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or their authorized agent
- Your physical or electronic signature
- How we handle notices: We review complete notices and act on them within a few business days. If your notice is incomplete, we will let you know what information is missing. We also accept counter-notices under § 512(g). If a source repeatedly causes valid takedown requests, we will remove it from our listings.
